Learning Not to Indulge

In January I read the following devotion written by Lysa TerKeurst of Proverbs 31 Ministrties.  It didn't truly speak to me then as much as it does now.  So much so that I printed out a copy and put it on my fridge, the location of most of my indulgences.  My other indulgences are found in my pantry, LOL.

I never felt as if I was indulging (as defined by Lysa), but I did know that I was eating more than I should.  I often felt guilty but I ignored it because food brought me to a happy place.  At times I relied on it to do so more than God.  I pray that her writing speaks to your heart the way it did mine.
